ELECTRONIC AGREEMENT & PAYMENT: • By accepting the electronic estimate, or a paper copy, the customer is agreeing to the payment terms, as stated in the estimate. Prices are subject to change, with customer’s approval. •Richards’ LLC requires a payment of half (1/2) of the total amount before ordering materials and scheduling the project. •Richards’ LLC requires that the remainder of the total amount is paid in full at the conclusion of the project. Any unpaid balance is subject to additional fees. •Prices presented to the customer are valid for 30 days from the date of the estimate. •Richards’ LLC reserves the right to use photos from before and after the project on Richards’ LLC’s website and/or social media pages. If for any reason, the customer does NOT want the images to be used, the customer is responsible for notifying Richards’ LLC before the project begins

WARRANTY: • On concrete over 10 years old, Richards’ LLC will re-pump once, in a one (1) year period, if necessary, any areas that have resettled more than a ¼”, at no cost to the customer. There will be a $125.00 service fee for the truck to return for any other reason not covered under this guarantee in the one (1) year time period. •This guarantee is void if the customer does not seal all cracks/joints on the slabs and maintaining backfill along the slabs involved after the original concrete lifting project is complete. This guarantee is also void if resettling occurs as a result of flooding or other acts of God. •This guarantee does not include patches applied to or placed between the slabs. It also does not include crack repair done by the customer or Richards’ LLC.

RISK ALLOCATION: • Richards’ LLC will not be liable to customer or any third-party for incidental or consequential damages including but not limited to claims for loss of business or lost profits resulting from the work that Richards’ LLC performs. •Richards’ LLC will not be responsible for damage to landscaping, plumbing, or electrical. Richards’ LLC will not be responsible for cracks in slabs, floor, walls or any damage which has or might occur as a direct result of settling or of the concrete lifting process. •If the concrete is beyond repair, or cannot be raised for any reason and must be replaced, it is the responsibility of the customer to replace the concrete.
